【悲報】大学生さん、5日放置したパスタを食べて死亡

■ 15年前、ベルギーの20歳の大学生が調理してから5日経過したパスタを食べた後に死亡した事件が再び話題となっている。

■ この大学生はパスタを常温で保存し、5日後に食べたところ異変を感じ、吐き気、腹痛、頭痛、下痢、嘔吐の症状が現れ、翌日亡くなった。食品感染研究所の解析で大量のセレウス菌が検出された。

■ この事例は「チャーハン症候群」として知られ、特にパスタやチャーハンが原因となる食中毒の事例が報告されている。肝臓の機能不全が可能性として指摘されている。
