■ 埼玉県人事課の男性主任がツイッターで他の利用者を脅したとして戒告の懲戒処分となった。

■ 主任は新型コロナウイルスに関するネット記事に立腹し、「殺害リスト」という言葉を用いて被害者への危害をほのめかすメッセージを投稿した。

■ 被害者が警察に被害届を出し、主任は脅迫の罪で罰金10万円の略式命令を受け、すでに罰金を納付した。
