気管 死因 遺族 女児 低酸素脳症に関連した画像-01
■ 鹿児島県姶良市の私立認可保育園で生後６か月の女児がリンゴを食べた後に意識不明になり、約１か月後に死亡。
■ 死因は低酸素脳症による多臓器不全で、気管に食べ物が詰まっていたことが判明。保育指針ではリンゴは離乳食の完了期まで加熱して提供が推奨されているが、生のリンゴを与えられていた。
■ 遺族が早急な原因究明を求め、保育園でのリンゴ提供方法が問題とされて市の検証委員会が調査中。
